This 60-minute experience immerses you in sound, vibration, gentle stretching, meditation, and group Reiki for energetic support.

Join Blue Heron Vitality and Jaysrii for Vital Radiance featuring facial gua sha tutorial and practice, breathwork, stretching, and personalized natural botanical face mask experience.
This 105-minute experience supports skin health and natural radiance from the inside out. We will end with tea and a closing ceremony.
Celebrate friendship and community as you pause, reconnect, and nourish that glow.
