An evening of personalized pampering. Learn about the history and use of facial gua sha.
Gua Sha is a natural method for firming, plumping, and decreasing fine lines and wrinkles. We will discuss safety, methods, and actually practice the art of gua sha together.
We will transition with a breathwork meditative practice and then experience a natural botanical face mask by Jaysrii, specific to your skin-type and skin concerns.
We will close the evening with a circle to sip and connect.

Join us for Vital Solstice, a special early morning gathering to honor the summer solstice; the longest day of the year and a powerful moment of light, vitality, and transformation.
We begin at sunrise in the quiet beauty of Sapienza Gardens, where we’ll gather in nature for meditation and reflection. This is a time to reconnect with the intentions you planted earlier this year; to gently tend to what is growing, and to realign with what is ready to expand.
From there, we move together to Blue Heron Vitality for an invigorating yoga practice; designed to awaken the body, build energy, and celebrate the shift into a new season. As the sun rises higher, so do we: grounded, open, and connected in shared experience.

A 4-week yoga series for children and caregivers to move, breathe, stretch, and connect together.
Kid-friendly yoga with intentional movement & breathwork, and moments of calm designed to support confidence, vitality, and joy; both on, and off the mat.

Vital Summer Resent
Celebrating National Relaxation Day

Late summer heat and dampness can settle in the body and leave us feeling heavy, tired, irritable: out of balance.
This special National Relaxation Day experience offers a cooling seasonal reset: yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and recipes from East Asian Medicine and Ayurvedic Traditions.
Optional acupuncture add-on available to support clearing heat, resolving dampness, and restoring seasonal balance.
