Vital Unwind

A nourishing yoga practice that blends intentional vinyasa movement with restorative postures. Ideal for all levels seeking to restore natural vitality through a calm, grounded reset.

Mondays 7:30 - 8:30 pm

A deeply restorative and yin-inspired yoga practice designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Ideal for all levels seeking to release tension, calm the mind, and restore natural vitality through stillness and supported postures.

 

Held in an intimate, personalized setting with intentional and optional hands-on assisting, this practice emphasizes longer-held poses, breath awareness, and guided relaxation to support the body’s innate capacity to heal, restore, and replenish.

Vital Flow

Weds 7:30 - 8:30 pm

A breath-led vinyasa yoga practice that links movement and posture into a continuous, mindful flow. Rooted in classical vinyasa principles, this class emphasizes smooth transitions, intentional sequencing, and steady rhythm to build strength, mobility, and stamina.

 

Best suited for students with prior yoga experience, the practice moves at a consistent pace and assumes familiarity with foundational postures and breath awareness. Held in an intimate, personalized setting with intentional and optional hands-on assisting, this class encourages presence, focus, and sustainable vitality through movement.

These sessions are ideal for deepening your yoga practice while also addressing strength, mobility, breath, and daily habits; meeting you exactly where you are.

 

Each session is crafted to restore balance, build resilience, and support sustainable vitality over time. Vital Integration Sessions may be experienced on their own or thoughtfully combined with acupuncture and other East Asian Medicine services for a more comprehensive approach to health and well-being.
